Man pleas guilty to discharging gunshot at house in Cork
A 25-year-old man, Jamie Russell, pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm at a house in Cork. He was remanded in custody until sentencing on February 4.
A signed plea of guilty was entered by a 25-year-old man accused of discharging a gunshot at a house in Cork last August.
On the application of Sergeant Dave Delea, Judge John King sent the case forward from Cork District Court for sentencing at the sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court commencing on February 4.
Judge King remanded Jamie Russell in custody - with his consent - until that date.
